Extended Holiday Gift Returns – Return your product within 30 days. The extended return policy does not apply to non-returnable and 3 and 14-day items under the current return policy. See below for a list of these items.

Our goal is your total satisfaction.
If you’re not satisfied, neither are we. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it in its original condition within the return period and we’ll give you a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges. It’s that simple. Items must also include all original packaging, manuals, warrantees or your return may be subject to a return handling charge or a minimum 15% re-stocking fee for returns that are not in original brand-new condition. Items with excessive wear or damage may be subject to a disqualification. FREE return handling charges. Your refund will be promptly processed when we have confirmed that your returned item meets these requirements. You must have a returns unique number, for your item to be processed for refund
Abuse of Return Privileges
Our return policy is in place to ensure our customers don’t get stuck with the wrong piece of gear. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or suspend return privileges for customers who abuse or attempt to violate our return policy through practices including, but not limited to, excessive returns, attempts to return items that are no longer in brand-new condition, etc.

Products Shipped under our lifetime guarantee
All items returned under our lifetime guarantee to Prolix Music are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the cost for such items passes to you prior to the return a new replacement. Simply go to our store and pay the appropriate shipping fee. This will release to you a returns unique number, which you must include with the returned product – in order that we process the return accurately. Your product registration number will not change. If you cannot find your product registration number simply email email@example.com and we will send you the details of your product registration.
