Prolix Music LLC Return Policy – 60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Our goal is your total satisfaction.

If you’re not satisfied, neither are we. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase within 60 days of your purchase date, simply email who will issue you a returns number and we will send you a PDF returns label so you may return your purchase in its original condition. We will then review the product and its condition to offer you a full refund less the shipping and handling charge.

Shipping and handling charges, start from $14.95 to $19.95, depending on which product purchased.

Items returned must also include all original packaging, manuals and warrantees or your return may be subject to a minimum 25% re-stocking fee for returns that are not in original brand-new condition.

Items with excessive wear or damage will be subject to a disqualification from any refund.

WARNING: Returns may not be submitted after 60 days of the purchase date.

Abuse of Return Privileges

Our return policy is in place to ensure our customers don’t get stuck with something they are not satisfied with. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or suspend return privileges for customers who abuse or attempt to violate our return policy through practices including, but not limited to, excessive returns, attempts to return items that are no longer in brand-new condition, etc.
