Vertigo – Registration
Your 3 Year Warranty Registration
Congratulations on your purchase of the Vertigo – Advanced Humidification System. We stand behind the quality of our product, and believe it should last you a lifetime. Activating your warranty is easy. Simply fill in the required fields (vendor, invoice number, and date), add the warranty to your cart, and then complete the checkout. Once complete, you will find a record of your warranty registration in your “My Account” page, along with any other purchases you have made.
Restrictions: Neither the hydration station or drying cloth are covered by the warranty. Should these be damaged on receipt, simply return the damaged item using our returns page and we will send you a replacement free of charge.
Note: You cannot complete this registration without a prior product purchase.
All customers: If you have made a purchase from any of our resellers (Amazon/eBay/etc) you only need to register once with the single invoice number. Our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system records the number of items purchased which your warranty covers.
As many customers already have, if you made multiple purchases on different dates – you do not need to re-register for each purchase either.
