Bryan Robinson
An amazing new talent that is Bryan Robinson from Cardiff UK, could probably show a few Nashville artists a thing or two!
Big words indeed, so check out his music!
Bryan played all of the instruments (except a few notes of clarinet) on all 3 of the songs and also engineered/ recorded it in my home studio.
Bryan started playing guitar aged 9 in Tamworth, Staffordshire, where he was born. After which he lived in Lichfield for nearly 10 years.
He gigged continuously on guitar and began to sing as a teenager in bands of various styles around the Midlands, as well as London.
Winning the Staffordshire ‘open’ classical guitar competition when he was 17 was just the start of his music career. After studying jazz at Leeds College of music he moved to South London and built a small home studio; and has owned it ever since… where he continues to write and record daily, which he loves so much.
Recently Bryan has solo guitar/vocal residences at numerous clubs, pubs and restaurants in London and Surrey.
Because music is what Bryan lives for he teaches guitar and music technology to disadvantaged youngsters and some adults for over 9 years and teaching music in a mental health facility for 3 years.
Can anyone be as kind as Bryan? Both are rewarding and humbling experiences. Music knows no barriers… and now he currently lives in a small village just South of Guildford, Surrey. Here, he writes, records and performs acoustic sets locally when ever possible.
His new album ‘Salvation Belle’, due to be released Autumn 2020… Covid-19 pending.
As a keen runner he’s just completed the ‘Centurian 100 mile, virtual ultra marathon’.
Bryan says “Running helps me think, relax, write and listen to music.”
Spend a little more time getting to know Bryan, you’ll be delighted, surprised and in awe of his talent.
